Building transformational neighbourhoods and affordable, quality homes for people and communities across Ireland.Reporting to Contracts Manager, the role of the will be part of the Site Team based in Clonburris. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager specialising in superstructure projects to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in construction management, who can lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.Key Accountabilities Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to superstructure projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Manage and mentor site staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Implement and maintain effective communication channels across the site.Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager in superstructure projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
