Senior Site Supervisor (Elevator Installation)

Job Summary We are hiring a qualified Senior Site Supervisor to provide technical leadership and ensure the successful execution of elevator installation, rehabilitation, and maintenance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring all site activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership, coordinate site operations, and ensure high-quality project delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily elevator installation activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards.Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and material availability to meet deadlines and budget requirements.Ensure installations comply with approved engineering drawings, manufacturer specifications, and quality standards.Lead and mentor installation teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and workmanship excellence.Enforce strict adherence to safety policies, local building codes, and industry regulations.Act as the primary on-site liaison between engineers, contractors, and clients.Conduct inspections and final quality checks prior to testing and commissioning.Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and installation records.Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and report project status to management.Educational QualificationDiploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Required SkillsStrong technical knowledge of elevator systems (mechanical, electrical, and control systems).Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.Solid understanding of safety standards, building codes, and installation best practices.Effective leadership, coordination, and time management skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Work ExperienceMinimum of 4+ years of relevant field experience in elevator installation, maintenance, or construction.Salary: Negotiable and Very Attractive
