Salary: SR 8,000 (All inclusive, Non-negotiable)Job Description:The Senior Social Media and Corporate Reports Analyst plays a strategic role in driving digital communication intelligence across the organization. This position is responsible for analyzing social media performance, coordinating video content production, and leading the development of corporate communication reports. It combines data analysis, editorial review, and visual storytelling to ensure that all internal and external messaging is insightful, brand-aligned, and supports strategic decision-making. The analyst ensures a seamless link between content quality, visual engagement, and performance impact.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Performance & InsightsMonitor performance across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, tracking engagement, reach, impressions, video metrics, and sentiment.Provide weekly, monthly, and campaign-based performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Conduct social listening and competitive benchmarking to inform content direction, identify trends, and mitigate potential risks.Partner with content and digital teams to enhance social media strategies based on platform analytics and audience behavior.Video Production Oversight (Social Media)Coordinate video content planning and delivery across social media channels, ensuring content meets campaign objectives and brand standards.Collaborate with video editors, motion designers, and content creators to maintain consistency and quality.Review scripts, storyboards, and finished assets to ensure messaging clarity and visual impact.Evaluate video content performance and recommend improvements to structure, length, tone, and creative execution.Corporate Reports & AnalyticsLead the development of internal and external communication reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Compile and synthesize KPIs and performance data into visually engaging dashboards and reports for senior leadership.Coordinate the production of the Annual Report—overseeing KPI collection, narrative alignment, layout support, and delivery timelines.Ensure all reports follow consistent data and editorial standards while supporting strategic messaging.Bilingual Content Creation (English and Arabic)Lead the full content lifecycle—concept, creation, editing, publishing—across all internal and digital platforms.Produce compelling bilingual content including leadership messages, newsletters, video scripts, campaigns, infographics, and internal features.Translate complex concepts into employee-friendly messaging that reflects the organization’s tone, voice, and values.Maintain a structured editorial calendar and ensure consistency across all communications.Content Review & Editorial SupportReview and proofread content across social posts, video scripts, campaign materials, and reports to ensure clarity, tone, and brand alignment.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the quality, structure, and impact of both written and visual content.Uphold editorial integrity and ensure messaging reflects the organization’s values, priorities, and brand voice.Tools & TechnologyExtract and analyze performance data using platforms such as Lucidya, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native social dashboards.Develop data-driven reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or custom reporting solutions.Coordinate effectively with designers and multimedia teams to support high-quality content production and delivery workflows.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, Media Studies, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in social media analytics, corporate reporting, or digital communications.Proven ability to interpret content performance metrics and convert them into actionable insights.Experience coordinating or overseeing video content creation for digital and social platforms.Strong editorial, proofreading, and quality control skills across content formats.Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent production and analytics platforms.Strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy, and cross-platform optimization.Key CompetenciesSocial media performance analysis and optimizationVideo production coordination and quality oversightCorporate reporting and data visualizationEditorial and content quality controlExecutive reporting and data storytellingCross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communicationInnovation, adaptability, and continuous content improvement
