As we continue to grow, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and contribute to our journey of success.Position: Senior Social Media OfficerLocation: KuwaitType: Full-timeJob Description:Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube) that aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and objectives.Monitor and manage social media channels: post updates, respond to comments and messages, and moderate user-generated content to maintain a positive brand image.Engage with followers, fans, and customers, fostering meaningful interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking, to support marketing objectives.Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting aligned with relevant trends, themes, and events.Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.Stay up to date with social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, communications, design, and customer service) to align social media efforts with overall business goals and integrated marketing campaigns.Create, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for various platforms; proficiency in phone videography and editing (mobile or desktop) is required.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably within the construction, retail, home improvement, or materials industry, or in a marketing agency environment.Proven experience managing multi-platform social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat).Hands-on experience in video content creation, filming, and editing using a smartphone and basic editing tools.Hands-on experience in videography and video editing, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut (mobile or desktop).Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics) to track and optimize performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
