Job Description

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).Plan, create, and publish content calendars that align with brand objectives, campaigns, and key marketing initiatives.Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience interactions.Work closely with the creative team to produce visually engaging social media content.Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and provide actionable insights for optimization.Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.3–5 years of experience managing social media platforms; agency or startup experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, including content formats, algorithms, and analytics tools.Experience in social media reporting, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.Familiarity with paid social media advertising is an advantage.Strong communication and copywriting skills in English.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passionate, creative, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
