Furthermore, SSW will supervise social workers and case workers to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards. SSW will also be in responsible for handling high-risk client cases.Programme Development and ImplementationCoordinate the allocation of resources for programme execution. Supervise and approve case assessment and outcome plans, and case closure.Provide consultations for assessment of cases with risk issues.Support or co-lead review of complex and risk cases in the company.Follow MH's service framework to develop and implement casework, groupwork and community-based activities.Track and ensure the fulfilment of work plan KPIs.Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive participation.Identify possible barriers and provide solutions to programme participation, and areas of improvement in reviewing effectiveness of programmeTeam Leadership and CoordinationProvide overall leadership and regular supervision to staff on their workload and administrative issues.Guide staff to reflect on their work and support them in their professional development.Provide mentorship to team members on best practices.Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to gather insights.Stakeholder ManagementOrganise stakeholder engagements with team members, clients and/or stakeholders.Oversee, organise and implement community outreach event/roadshows.Maintain good relationships with team members, clients and/or stakeholders.Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements and relevance.Link up of community resources.ComplianceConsolidate status of KPIs to Reporting Officer periodically.Monitor and track expenditure to ensure it is within the budget.Track operational KPIs to ensure that the KPIs are met with the given timelines as per funding agencies' requirements.Monitoring and EvaluationIn charge of the analysis and review of the collated data, and monitoring of the team's progress and performance.Lead performance evaluation across programmes to ensure alignment with divisions and organisational goals.Oversee the training and professional development of the CREST staff team with relevant competencies to provide the appropriate care and support for clients and caregivers, aligning to the intended care model of CREST. This includes ensuring all new/existing staffs are clear on their job scope and responsibilities.Ad-hoc DutiesCo-oversee with HOD/Heads in all operational and administrative matters.Lead key projects.Provide any support as assigned/required.Qualification & SkillsDegree in Social Work or Degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.Other InformationRelevant ExperienceAt least 3 - 5 years of casework experiencesAccredited as Registered Social Worker with Singapore Association of Social Workers would be an advantageCompetenciesPeople-oriented and have good interpersonal skillsExcellent oral and written communications skillsAnalytical ability & problem-solving skillsAbility to be flexible/ creative in devising alternative solutions to issuesCommitted and can-do attitudeEffective report writing skillsTeam Player
