If so, let's start the conversation.THE OPPORTUNITY: Senior Software Asset Management SaaS Specialist Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Software Asset Management Software as a Service Specialist to join our Information Technology team.In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle management of Software as a Service asset, ensuring license compliance, tracking usage, and optimizing software spend across the organization.You will join a supportive and globally connected environment that values inclusion and encourages individual differences to drive greatness.What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:Lead the lifecycle management of all Software as a Service (SaaS) assets, including onboarding, renewals, usage optimization, and offboarding processes.Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to review contracts, negotiate renewals, track entitlements, and support compliance audits.Identify and drive optimization opportunities by analyzing usage data and trends to make recommendations on license reallocations, consolidations, and reduction of shadow Information Technology (IT).What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) , with a strong, hands-on focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.Strong knowledge of Software as a Service licensing models (user-based, consumption-based, tiered pricing, etc.) and proficiency with SAM tools like ServiceNow SAM Pro , Flexera, or Snow Software.Proven ability to translate complex license data into clear business insights and recommendations supported by advanced skills in Excel or data visualization tools.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.What We Offer (Benefits)Location: 100% remote (Romania, Poland, or Slovakia).Competitive Total Rewards supporting your career, family, personal wellness, and well-being.Flexible work options to support work–life balance, given the 100% remote nature of the role.Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth, helping you unleash your potential in a digitalized future.Your expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS) Asset Management is our next great asset.
