About the JobAs a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our cutting-edge navigation and piloting systems.You will:Lead the design and development of advanced software applications tailored to maritime needsArchitect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutionsConduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and R&D to define requirements and deliver impactful solutionsTroubleshoot complex issues and implement sustainable fixesChampion modern development practices and evaluate emerging technologies to keep our systems competitiveYour responsibilities will include driving architectural decisions, promoting innovation, and ensuring our software aligns with long-term business goals. About youA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field8+ years of professional experience in software developmentProven experience in system architecture and scalable software solutionsStrong leadership and mentoring capabilitiesExpertise in software design, debugging, performance optimization, and testing strategiesFamiliarity with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical directionProactive, collaborative, and goal-oriented, with a passion for innovation and a strong sense of responsibilityExperience with languages and tools such as; Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS serverless servicesWhat we offerYou will be part of a team that values a great work environment.
