Starting in 2017 with noon.com, the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services.What you’ll be doingimplementing stunning mobile application user interfaces and solving engineering challenges in cross-platform mobile application development using modern technologies and toolscommunicating with highly scalable backend services using REST APIsparticipating in the design phase of new features and being actively involved in seeking the most suitable solutionsensuring user interface implementation is visually appealing and easy to use while remaining straightforward to implement, fitting various screen sizes, and suiting both iOS and Androidlocalizing the applications for left-to-right and right-to-left languages while keeping in mind accessibilitybeing actively involved in designing REST APIs interfaces and ensuring they are suitable for communication with mobile applicationsapplying software development design patterns that are scalable while being easy to reason about and understandWhat you’ll needbachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering)highly skilled in React Nativeextensive knowledge of native mobile application developmentstrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a perfect understanding of JavaScript build toolsknowledge of handling differences between iOS and Android, including UI design guidelines and performance optimizationproficient in working with RESTful APIsproficient in Git and version control practices4+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in React Nativeexcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailsability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworksknowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience working with designers to implement high-quality interfacesstrong communication skillsWho will excel?Are you a self-motivated problem solver with strong analytical thinking?
