We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.About The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Developer Productivity team to work on AI-powered tools and automations for other teams across the engineering department and outside of it. You will be responsible for creating solutions to automate manual processes and developing custom tools to enhance the productivity and efficiency. You will also be expected to troubleshoot issues as they arise and work with stakeholders to continually improve our automation strategies.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and to make a significant impact on the company's operations.This is a full-time position based out of our Serbia office in Novi Sad. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.Technologies You’ll UseTypeScript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Python, Postgres, GCP, Github, Buildkite.What You’ll DoCollaborate with other teams and departments across the organization to identify areas where automation and tool development can improve productivity and efficiencyDesign, develop, and maintain automation solutions using programming languages such as TypeScript and PythonCustomize and integrate AI-based solutions to increase adoption of AI for internal usageDevelop custom tools to enhance functionality of existing systemsWrite clear and concise technical documentation and user guides for developed tools and automation solutionsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for the developed tools and automation solutionsSkills We’re Looking ForStrong software engineering foundation including knowledge of data structures, algorithms, paradigms and best practicesExperience with programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, Python, Node.jsExperience with front-end developmentExperience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWSKnowledge of software development best practices such as version control, testing, and documentation
