You’ll build, connect, and orchestrate autonomous agents that make our RevOps, Marketing, and Sales teams more effective and free up time for innovation. This is a role for someone curious, entrepreneurial, and excited about learning fast in a rapidly evolving landscape.Your RoleYou’ll join a cross-functional, forward-looking team that thrives on experimentation and building tools that make a real impact across Hoxhunt. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and integrating AI agents — systems that handle workflows, automate processes, and make data work harder for us. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, co-create architectures, and turn ideas into operational reality.This is a hands-on, exploratory role where you’ll be building, iterating, and constantly learning — ideal for a structured yet creative engineer who enjoys bringing clarity to complex, emerging technologies.What You’ll DoDesign and develop our industry leading internal agentic systemsBuild scalable backend and frontend solutions using TypeScript, Node, React, and GCPCreate and maintain integrations and data flows between internal systemsPlan and build architectures that support agent workflows and cross-functional collaborationPartner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to identify automation opportunities and deliver valueLead or co-facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to turn challenges into technical blueprintsContinuously explore, test, and adopt new tools and AI frameworks to stay ahead of the curveWhat We’re Looking ForEntrepreneurial and business-driven mindset — you enjoy identifying opportunities and figuring out how to make them real5+ years of software development experience, with strong skills in TypeScript, Node, and React, and hands-on knowledge of GCP Track record on hard engineering challenges, where you’ve learned to build things right and think with scale and maintainability in mindAbility to design systems that integrate data, workflows, and APIs smoothlyComfort with ambiguity and rapid learning — you adapt fast and stay grounded in structured thinkingStrong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environmentsBonus Points If You AlsoHave experience with Firestore or BigQueryHave experience with serverless environmentsHave worked with agentic development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, etc.) before or have even built your own automated code production pipelinesBring curiosity for how AI systems can create measurable business impactWhy Join Hoxhunt?You’ll be part of a company where experimentation meets impact.
