Senior Software Engineer (FullStack JavaScript / Firebase)

We’re looking for a talented Senior Full-Stack JavaScript Engineer to join our team.What you’ll doDesign and develop robust internal tools using low-code platforms (e.g., Retool, Appsmith, Superblocks).Build and maintain backend services and APIs that integrate with internal and third-party systems.Implement workflow automation and system orchestration via platforms like n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts.Extend platform functionality with custom code where needed (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.).Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and observability.Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical strategy.What you’ll bring5+ years of experience in software engineering.Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in Node.js.Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.Practical experience with at least one low-code platform (Retool, Appsmith, Superblocks, etc.).Experience with workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, Temporal, or similar).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).Ability to write clean, maintainable code and conduct effective code reviews.Bonus points forExperience working with databases (Postgres, MySQL) and integrating external APIs (OAuth2, webhooks, etc.).Background in building internal developer tools, dashboards, or process automation.Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, Vue) to extend low-code solutions.Knowledge of security best practices around authentication, secrets, and data access.Experience in fast-paced, product-centric environments.Our tech stackLanguage: TypeScriptFrontend: Next.js (with server components), Tailwind CSS + DaisyUIBackend: Node.js, Hono.jsHosting: GCP and Firebase
