Our mission: help businesses make smarter decisions through advanced data, AI, and secure, scalable technology – reducing financial distress and protecting companies from crime.We’re already live in Norway and Sweden, launching in Finland in 2025, and now we’re hiring at least 3 Senior Software Engineers to help develop our secure data platform and expand our products internationally. We raised 50M NOK in August to scale the dev team further, and utilise the sales momentum we have today. As part of Bislab, you’ll:Develop a secure and scalable data platform that analyzes large datasets across bordersBuild algorithms for credit assessment, risk analysis, and fraud detectionIntegrate external data sources and APIs into our solutionsImplement robust security solutions for handling sensitive dataWe’re Looking for Someone Who:Senior backend engineering experience.Is confident with C#, .NET, Azure, SQL/PostgreSQL (Python and Neo4j a plus).Understands performance, scalability, and security in distributed systems.(plus) Ideally has experience with data-intensive or financial/risk/fraud-related products.Thrives in a dynamic environment where ownership and initiative are expected.Is motivated to help shape the future of a scaling company.What You’ll GetUp to 1.1M NOK total comp (salary + equity).Salary growth linked to ARR milestones - We Grow, Your Base Salary Grow.A central Oslo office at Arbins gate 1.Short decision paths, high autonomy, and a clear mission.
