And always ready for what’s next.Job DescriptionYou’ll work closely with the team and initial design partners to build an application using JavaScript, React, balancing speed, quality, and efficiency in the delivery process. If you're passionate about solving complex problems using technology, enjoy intellectual debates, and thrive in ownership-driven environments, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using ReactJS.Collaborate directly with the client’s non-technical leadership to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and translate business needs into technical solutions.Contribute to the development and improvement of APIs and Apps Built in the JavaScript Ecosystem.Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.Implement best practices for security, usability, and code maintainability in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Provide technical guidance on UI/UX considerations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across the application.Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to non-technical stakeholders and team members.Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes to ensure code quality.Support the delivery of the project by adapting to evolving priorities and collaborating within a small, autonomous team.Requirements4+ years of professional experience in web developmentExperience with modern SaaS distributed architectures on public cloudAbility to build high-performance, delightful user interfacesProficiency in frontend frameworks (NodeJS and ReactJS), state management, design systems, and frontend security standardsSenior-level proficiency with our core stack:JavaScriptReactJSNodeJSAI Integration ExperienceAI Native SDLC experience is a plusKnowledge of information security and defensive programmingPreferred Experience & AttributesPassion: Strong drive to build and lead a category-defining businessCreative Problem-Solving: Ability to balance speed and quality, solve problems at different levelsCulture Fit: Comfort in high-performance environments that value excellence, integrity, and collaborative debateExperience Level: 4+ years of experienceWhy Join GBH?Our Amazing Team: We’re a company that empowers people.
