About The Role And The Team In the Development & IT department, we develop, support, maintain, and operate Adform Flow platform. Our main goal is to deliver a stable and competitive product by focusing on client value.As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to a platform team responsible for building microservices and APIs that power our reporting and analytics products. You’ll work primarily with PostgreSQL and .NET, playing a crucial role in data modeling, performance tuning, and backend development.We hope you're ready to change the game! Be ready to: Deliver Value: Build solutions that solve client problems efficiently, with direct business impact. Engineer Scalable Systems: Design and develop backend services and read models using PostgreSQL and .NET (C#), with a strong focus on performance and scalability. Drive a New Project: Currently, the team is taking ownership of a new initiative centered on PostgreSQL, contributing to data design, hierarchical read models, and optimization. Work with Modern Tech: Work across a tech stack including REST, GraphQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions. Don't worry if you're not an expert with all these tools - we'll share our knowledge with you. Collaborate & Share: Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams. Have an “inner-sourcing” attitude. Share your code, insights, and learnings with your colleagues. Champion Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code and uphold high standards through testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices. Attitude First. Everything else will follow. Let's grow together faster if you have: Data Engineering Experience: 4+ years with SQL.
