You’ll take ownership of key components across our product and infrastructure — from architecting serverless backend systems on AWS to building beautiful and performant mobile experiences with React Native.You will work closely with our product, design, and data teams to deliver elegant, secure, and scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of institutional and high-net-worth investors.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain core platform components using React Native, TypeScript, and AWS serverless services.Architect scalable APIs and data models leveraging MongoDB and AWS Lambda.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Implement security and compliance best practices for fintech-grade systems.Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and developer experience.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.Stay on top of emerging technologies and advocate for modern engineering practices.Requirements7+ years of professional experience in software development.Strong proficiency in React Native and TypeScript.Experience building serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality products in production.Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Willingness to relocate to the UK (relocation support provided).Why Join WealtBe part of a mission-driven company redefining access to private markets.Competitive compensation with equity options.Opportunity to shape the architecture and culture of a fast-scaling fintech platform.Hybrid and flexible working environment after relocation.
