This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership and mentoring capabilities, driving the architecture and implementation of scalable mobile solutions across iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks.Important: To ensure a smooth review process, please submit all application documents (CV, cover letter) in English only.   How you'll make impact You will work in interdisciplinary teams and use your expertise in modern mobile and other technologies as well as agile software development methods to design, build, and operate high-quality, long-lasting digital solutions. While your focus is on mobile, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute across the broader software stack.  You want to make an impact - whether it’s supporting physicians by visualizing complex medical data, building secure financial apps used by millions every day, or enhancing manufacturing quality through AI. You will develop innovative, high-quality software solutions with a focus on mobile, while contributing across the stack to deliver exceptional user experiences and tangible business value.  Communication is your strength – To be able to build great software products, you develop a deep understanding of client domains and the requirements in the project. You win, inspire, and motivate your project team and the customers for ideas, and collaborate with your clients as a business partner at eye level.  You will share your knowledge - by coaching your team members in the development of mobile apps and in the use of agile principles, you will make a significant contribution to the success of a wide range of projects.   What's important to us You have several years of hands-on experience as a software engineer, ideally with a specialization in mobile development.  You hold a technical degree from a university or school of applied science, preferably in computer science or a related field.  You have a solid background in Kotlin/Java and enjoy working across different layers of the stack — whether that’s mobile, backend, or fullstack.  Experience with Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), or SwiftUi is a strong plus.  You bring a broad engineering mindset and are comfortable contributing beyond pure mobile work when needed.  You help our customers succeed through the efficient use of modern technologies, tools, and methods — and you stay curious about emerging trends in app and software development.  You enjoy developing prototypes quickly while keeping the user experience front and center.
