We’re looking for a Senior Software Quality Control Engineer who can bring both technical expertise and a passion for excellence to ensure our healthcare solutions are reliable, secure, and impactful. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and design smart test cases covering functional flows, regressions, edge cases, and integrations.Execute complex manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) to uncover hidden defects and ensure end-to-end stability.Perform advanced API testing (endpoints, payloads, authentication, error handling) to guarantee backend reliability.Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity, cross-table relationships, and business logic.Document and report defects with clear evidence and reproduction steps, collaborating closely with developers for fast resolution.Continuously refine and optimize test cases to maximize coverage while reducing redundancy.Contribute to automation efforts (smoke, regression, integration checks) and suggest improvements to testing strategy and tooling.Monitor non-functional aspects (performance bottlenecks, security risks, accessibility issues) and escalate when necessary.Share expertise by mentoring junior testers, reviewing their work, and helping the team grow stronger. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.5–7 years of hands-on testing experience with strong skills in functional, regression, and exploratory testing.Solid technical expertise in API testing, SQL/database validation, and defect management.Exposure to test automation frameworks/tools with the ability to extend regression coverage.Awareness of performance and security testing basics, with the ability to identify risks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail.Excellent communication skills to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Why Join Us?Collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork matters.Mission-driven culture focused on improving healthcare through technology.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Attractive salary & benefits package. How to ApplySend your CV to jobs@rosenfieldhealth.com with the subject line Senior Software Quality Control Engineer or apply directly via our LinkedIn post.
