If you’d like to work at an innovative fintech with a global footprint that is redefining the industry, then we want you!What You Will DoThe Senior Solutions Architect is a hands-on role (working in the low-code/no-code Provenir software using visual configurable objects and tools) and leads the technical aspects of project delivery to our clients. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with clients from inception through to production release and is eager to take ownership of the quality of the delivery, from initial solution design through requirements elicitation and ultimately into the commercially live domain.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical DeliveryIntegrate with source systems and 3rd party data providers (API configuration, RESTful services).Design XSD schemas, XML documents, and perform XSLT transformations.Develop ETL processes, transactional and batch data flows, and direct JDBC integrations.Visual configuration of data models, mapping, and transformations.Elicit and interpret business rules (e.g. credit, fraud, and risk policies), and implement in no-code/low-code environments.Light coding using JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and scripted logic (e.g. calculations, algorithms).Work with messaging technologies (JMS/MQSeries, AWS SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ).Design and configure robust solutions (microservices, batch processes, operational DBs).Deploy and operationalize analytical models (Python, R, SAS, Java, Excel).Perform system testing, integration testing, and performance tuning.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, analyze logs, and optimize performance.Platform & Infrastructure SupportProvide technical advice on implementation architecture and integrations.Work with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, VPNs, SSO, API security (mTLS, OAuth2), firewalls.Understand compliance and regulatory frameworks including KYC, AML, and Data Protection.Support release/change management processes and software version upgrades.Client Enablement & CommunicationDeliver training and workshops to enable client self-sufficiency on the Provenir platform.Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, offering guidance beyond the technical scope.Present solutions to senior stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CRO, Heads of Development, etc.).Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to support solution positioning and value delivery.Provide structured feedback to core development teams on product enhancements.Other RequirementsOnsite client support as needed, particularly during project initiation, training, or solution handover.Travel: Primarily Istanbul-based with occasional travel in the region and to the UK.Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.Capable of working independently and collaboratively within global Professional Services teams.Excellent presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.Required Qualifications10+ years' experience delivering enterprise system applications in client-facing roles.Experience in SaaS/decisioning platforms or internal IT delivery within large enterprises.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex client environments.Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus.Our employees are our top priority; we offer comprehensive health and wellness plans.
