If the answer is yes, we have an exciting role for you!Senior Solution Consultants are an essential part of the Nuix sales team, working directly with our most valued clients in both pre-sales and post-sales capacity. They proactively assess the business and technical needs of our current and prospective customers and possess the skills to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value of the Nuix platform.This role is responsible for owning all technical activities across both the pre-sales and post-sales cycles. In pre-sales, this includes solution presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and solution design. In post-sales, this extends to solution deployment, technical consultations, and ensuring successful customer adoption. The ideal candidate requires a proactive can-do attitude, ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to existing clients and prospects and works well both independently and in conjunction with other teammates and cross functional teams (Product / Training).The Senior Solutions Consultant is a technical escalation point for their immediate team. They are focused predominantly on the more complex customer engagements involving solutions spanning multiple products.This position is based in our Tokyo office and requires business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English. Conduct solution demonstrations for clients onsite or at events. Design and deliver tailored proof of concepts (PoC) based on client needs. Provide clients with solution documentation, knowledge transfer, and consultation sessions. Act as a liaison between clients and the Nuix Product/Development teams to align solutions with client visions. Collaborate with Professional Services and the Technical Community to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions, deployment, and best practices. Generate technical presentations, project plans, and workflow documentation. Create and adapt internal/external materials to support Nuix solution implementation. Build expertise in industry-specific use cases and bridge technical and business requirements.Deliver technical enablement workshops and training sessions to customers and partners to support effective solution adoption and knowledge transfer.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Senior or Principal Solutions Consultant, Pre- Sales Engineer or Strategic Support Specialist. Specialising in selling complex SaaS solutions at the enterprise level. Or 5+ years of experience in Digital Forensics or eDiscovery industry as practitioner plus 3+ years of leading team experience is highly desirable. Proficient in using, deploying, and troubleshooting platforms Strong project management, process analysis, and documentation skills with the ability to handle competing priorities. Extensive experience in direct customer contact and commercial acumen Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills across time zones; familiarity with AI LLM, databases, virtualization, or scripting is a plus. Working knowledge of the Product Development lifecycle, from Ideation to launch and run.Familiarity with Product Management tools (Nuix uses Aha!)
