Job Description

We are looking for a sourcing professional who can turn business needs into successful sourcing projects and contracts. This includes running RFx processes, managing Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and supporting a wide range of indirect/service categories.What we’re looking for:Experience in sourcing and contracting, ideally within Enabling ServicesAbility to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects that meet business goalsStrong collaboration skills to work with Global Procurement, Legal, Finance, and business partners worldwideConfidence in managing discussions with stakeholders to align strategies, costs, and savingsWhat you’ll do:Negotiate and draft commercial terms, and support legal terms, using standard contract templates for R&D categoriesBuild and maintain relationships with key R&D suppliers and internal stakeholdersDevelop and manage supplier RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFS), ensuring requirements, pricing models, and contract terms are clear and completeLead the full sourcing cycle: from RFx creation to contract executionCompare and evaluate supplier offers to identify the best overall solutionNegotiate, issue, and amend contracts, securing legal approval when neededManage multiple complex projects independentlyUse business analytics to review proposals and provide financial comparisonsDrive cost savings and deliver value in line with company KPIs and sourcing strategiesUse e-procurement tools (such as Ariba) to manage sourcing activitiesWho we’re looking for:Someone with experience negotiating with suppliers for indirect or service agreements3+ years working in Indirect Procurement or Services categoriesComfortable evaluating the market, assessing suppliers, and handling complex contracts — from drafting to negotiating and reviewing financialsExperienced in working with colleagues across teams and levels, collaborating globallyGood with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointLanguages: Professional-level English is a must, plus PolishNice to have:Strong leadership skills and a good understanding of procurement and businessAnalytical and creative problem-solver who enjoys working with othersProactive and able to take initiative with minimal supervisionConfident communicator who can listen, influence, and stand by decisions when neededEmployee perks, benefitsHealth contribution 183 EUR/yearSports contribution 23 EUR/month or Multi-sport cardHome OfficeMeal Tickets - 100% covered by Employer3 additional vacation days – Personal dayReferral bonus up to 750 EURSick leave compensationBirthday gift card in the amount of 50 EURTeam-buildings and CSR activitiesWorking in a Multinational environment, with globally friendly teamsJoin Us:If you are passionate about driving supplier enablement strategies, improving vendor relations, and delivering measurable results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
