Senior Specialist - Corporate Quality Assurance

Job PurposePlan and develop the organization's quality management system to ensure compliance with available quality standards, monitor and verify its implementation across the organization's institutions, sectors, and affiliated organizational units, and submit relevant reports. This includes actively contributing to and continuously improving the system.Objectives and Key ResultsSupporting institutions and sectors in planning and developing the quality system and related processes to improve outputs, efficiency, and effectiveness.Planning and implementing quality assurance processes, studying their outputs and those of continuous improvement, and submitting relevant reports. # Conduct internal quality audits professionally and impartially, in accordance with documented procedures and processes, to achieve the specified outputs and added value from the audit.Prepare, implement, and monitor the annual quality audit plan in coordination with relevant stakeholders within the assigned organization/sector, and propose specialized quality audit topics.Review and approve corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation through the intelligent quality audit system.Submit quality audit reports and other periodic reports as required.Support the planning and preparation processes for conducting the administrative review at the organizational level and prepare the final report.Manage the external audit contract and conduct external audits of the administrative systems specifications and outputs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.Conduct planned and unplanned field visits to the organization's sites to assess compliance with the standards and requirements of the quality management system, and submit the relevant reports (ISO 9001).Prepare annual external audit plans.Prepare content for disseminating quality-related messages and raising awareness among employees (such as internal newsletters and emails).Technical CompetenciesEngineering and technical knowledge - Project management - Audit techniques - Performance managementPolicy managementOrganizational designUses and implementation of quality toolsAcademic qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university; a Master's degree is preferred.
