Senior Specialist - Digital Wealth Strategic Management

Job Description Translate enterprise strategy into actionable digital wealth initiatives and short-to-mid-term execution roadmapsDrive the rollout of digital advisory features (e.g., risk profiling, portfolio insights, robo-advisory).Develop and refine differentiated customer journeys, ensuring end-to-end digital and physical integration across touchpoints.Oversee the design, prioritization, and rollout of new digital features in collaboration with product owners, platform teams, and IT delivery squads.Supervise the creation and curation of Wealth Content (e.g., investment updates, FX trends, financial insights), ensuring relevance and alignment with advisory services.Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards, identifying insights and recommending strategy adjustments to maximize customer adoption and business impact.Manage cross-functional collaboration, including Spark/Touch teams, to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives.Strengthen internal and external partnerships to accelerate rollout and broaden USD ecosystem.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Investments, Economics, Business, or related fields5-15 years of experience in Wealth Strategic Management and relevant background or in established bank / financial institutions.Deep expertise in Wealth Mgmt. and Digital TransformationHighly complex, balancing strategy with executionSelf-organized, self-motivated, collaborative thinking and teamwork-oriented Analytical skills with systematic and structured approach and problem solving Good command of English
