Date: Oct 28, 2025Location:Dubai, AECompany: Arab Business Machine FZEReq ID: 2331Job TitleSenior Specialist HRJob ScopeThe Senior Specialist – HR is accountable for implementing effective people strategies through a close coordination with employees line managers and key stakeholders. S/He acts as a point of reference on all HR functional areas and maintains an effective level of business literacy on the company its products/services and external environment.Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide daytoday guidance to line management on HR functional areas including recruitment onboarding and employee relations among othersConduct business trips to affiliates to tackle HR related matters and tasksAssess recruitment needs with department heads and manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding formalities accordinglyPrepare periodic HR dashboards analyze KPIs and metrics and recommend solutions programs and policiesUpdate develop and monitor HR policies and SOP’s procedures and related forms as well as job descriptions and organizational charts for all departmentsFollow up on the proper launch and implementation of the yearly performance appraisal ensuring fairness and transparency all acrossMaintain and update the HR database records and employee files while monitoring schedules attendance and leaves for proper actionDevelop contract terms for new hires promotions transfers and terminationsConduct exit interviews identifying trends and remedial actionsEnsure that probation meetings are conducted and forms are filled in due timeWork closely with the Center of Excellence to identify and fulfill specific employee and organizational needsManage and solve employee relations address performance concerns and other related issues and escalate to direct manager when and as neededPartner with other departments such as Finance Legal and IT achieving shared organizational goals and objectivesMaintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements local labor laws and HR best practices reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory complianceAssess and improve work relationships through creating a motivating environment to increase productivity and accomplishmentsIdentify training needs and participate in evaluating and monitoring training programs and related ROIsCoordinate in the planning of HR initiatives and events focused on enhancing employee engagement and company cultureSupport in the implementation of myMidis modules across all departmentsPosition RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relExperienceAt least 5 years of relevant experience
