Assist with everyday individual peer training alongside lead specialist. Assist Supervisor when lead is out with escalating issues or CMC needs.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy.Assist AVA Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as neededThe Senior Specialist will assist lead with team quality audits.
