This is your opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients by enabling smarter science through technology.About The RoleKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into IT solution specifications that are scalable, secure, and user-centricConduct feasibility assessments and develop project rationale, scope, and cost/resource estimatesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and define functional solutions aligned with business needsEnsure traceability between user requirements, specifications, and validation/testing activitiesSupport validation processes (OQ, PQ, UAT) and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standardsDrive user experience considerations in the design and deployment of new solutionsFacilitate super user training and maintain alignment with internal IT systems and documentation standardsEssential RequirementsUniversity degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or IT industryStrong background in Lab IT systems such as LIMS, ELN, and chromatography platformsProven experience as a business analyst, process expert, or digital lead in lab environmentsSolid understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation lifecycleExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in a global matrix settingDesirable RequirementsPrior experience working in TRD with a strong understanding of TRD-specific business processes Familiarity with lab data integration platforms and digital transformation initiatives in R&D environmentsLocation: BarcelonaRelocation Support: This role is based in Barcelona.
