Our product is an E-commerce platform that bridges the gap between online and offline shopping, creating seamless and engaging shopping experiences. Our innovative approach combines technology, retail expertise, and customer focus to redefine how shopping is done. We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, E-commerce to run our web sales and ensure the success of our proprietary webshop. This position is full-time and based anywhere in Europe (including Ukraine, EU, Balkans etc.), fully remote mode.You will manage the day-to-day operations of oobyte’s web shop, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves managing the assortment, inventory, and logistics while driving key business objectives like GMV growth and margin optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze shopping trends, manage product categories, and the assortment of oobyte shopEnsure the availability of high-quality product information for each product, for a good shopper experience and conversions.Track competitive prices, envision optimum pricing, and conduct price optimization activities.Manage inventory, ensuring availability while minimizing financial costs.Oversee online and (potentially) in-store sales to achieve performance targets.Manage timely and accurate order deliveries, returns, and refunds.Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve processes and enhance satisfaction.RequirementsCompleted higher education in marketing, business administration, commerce, information technology, or similar areas. Students in their last year of study are considered as well.At least 2 to 3 years of practical work experience in e-commerce in the role of sales specialist, operations manager, sales analyst, or similar.Practical skills of using popular e-commerce IT tools for assortment, pricing, and order execution automation, including ones exploiting AI.Advanced data processing and analysis skills. Ideally, you are a master of MS Excel (complicated formulas, pivot tables, macros, automations, and similar).Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail. Language proficiency: English B2 or higher (written and spoken), proven by a respective language certificate, academic success, or ability to conduct a job interview in this language.Other European languages are plus but not mandatory.
