Deliver impactful analyses that unlock growth opportunities and support the broader data & analytics community with relevant, scalable solutions.Unlock growth through data storytelling As our new Senior Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of commercial web analytics, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:Leading the development of website analytics practices that support business growth. Driving the use of Adobe Analytics to deliver performance storytelling for senior stakeholders. Ensuring data integrity and governance across our analytics landscape. Coaching and enabling regional eCommerce teams and internal stakeholders. Promoting experimentation and continuous improvement in analytics tools and thinking. You might be the one we’re looking for if you bring: 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, working with website analytics technical teams and commercial stakeholders. Proven expertise in Adobe Analytics or similar tools – not only reporting but understanding the “why” behind performance. Strong ownership and accountability for delivering quality work. Besides the above, we’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and business impact. You’re not just analytical - you’re a storyteller who connects insights to outcomes. Ideally, you also have:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Marketing). Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Solid understanding of eCommerce KPIs and commercial performance. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Confidence in teaching and coaching others in analytics concepts Your new team You’ll be part of the eCommerce Analytics and Insights team, based in our Copenhagen HQ.
