For more details, visit our website: https://www.vantagemarkets.com/JOB BRIEF:We are seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Sports Club & Community Manager (refer Pickleball player and running a team experience). This is not a traditional sports operations role. You will be the engine behind our community engagement, responsible for creating and executing a world-class calendar of events and programs that amplify our brand, foster a loyal community, and support our strategic business objectives. You will work closely with our entire integrated marketing team to ensure our on-ground activities create powerful online buzz and generate high-quality leads.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a full calendar of pickleball events, including VIP client tournaments, beginner-friendly social mixers, league play, and branded competitions.Community Building: Build, grow, and nurture our pickleball community both offline and online. Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for players of all skill levels.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with the Content Team to create compelling, shareable content (video highlights, player profiles, recaps) from events and daily activities.Partner with the Social Media Team to amplify event reach, engage with the community online, and run social-first campaigns.Coordinate with the Partnership Team on co-branded events with aligned premium brands to expand our audience reach.Data-Driven Marketing: Track key performance indicators such as event attendance, community growth, social media engagement, and lead generation to measure ROI and continuously optimize the strategy.Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the company's values, ensuring all activities are on-brand and enhance the reputation of [Your CFD Broker Name] as a leader that invests in its community.REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience (3+ years) in sports event management, community management, or experiential marketing.Strong understanding of racket sports (pickleball preferred, tennis/badminton acceptable).Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of people.Data-literate, with experience using metrics to guide decisions.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
