Ar-Raha Hospital & Diagnostic L.t.d. is looking for Senior Staff Nurse (NICU)Job Description / Responsibilityউক্ত নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি শুধুমাত্র সিনিয়র স্টাফ নার্স (এনআইসিইউ) পদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই হাসপাতালের হোস্টেলে অবস্থান করে দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। সিনিয়র স্টাফ নার্স (এনআইসিইউ) ব্যতিত কেউ আবেদন করবেন না। অনুগ্রহ করে আবেদন করার পূর্বে বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি ভালোভাবে পড়ে উল্লেখিত বেতন কাঠামো ও অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পর্কিত শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হয়ে আবেদন করুন।Provide comprehensive nursing care to newborn patients, especially those who are premature or in critical condition.Operate and maintain NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and patient monitors efficiently.Administer prescribed medications, injections, feeding, and other medical assistance as per the doctor’s instructions.Regularly monitor and record the patient’s temperature, heart raterespiration, and oxygen saturation levels.Immediately inform the attending physician and senior nurse of any sudden changes in the patient’s condition.Accurately complete and update patient files, medical records, and daily nursing notes.Provide guidance and counseling to mothers and family members regarding newborn care and support.Strictly follow infection control protocols and ensure the NICU environment remains sterile and safe at all times.Use and maintain ward and medical supplies properly and keep accurate inventory records.Respond promptly and effectively during emergency situations.Perform duties in any other department or location as instructed by the hospital authority.Educational RequirementsDiploma in MidwiferyDiploma in Nursing and Midwifery / B.Sc. in Nursing (with valid BNMC registration).Experience RequirementsAt least 1 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):HospitalAdditional RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of newborn and pediatric patient care.Proficiency in operating NICU equipment such as incubator, CPAP, and ventilator.Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and professional ethics.Ability to communicate with patients and their families with patience and empathy.Willingness to work in rotational shifts and stay in the hospital hostel as required.Job LocationDhaka (Ashkona)SalaryTk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
