Senior Staff Operations Engineer for Subcon Management

Infineon Vietnam is looking forward to working with an experienced expert specialized in subcon management.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Drives subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Line disturbances, OEE, Stability)Major role in New Product Ramp-up team and manages Safe launches introductionSupports Technical Capability Assessments at subcontractorsKeep track and monitor subcon's performance of major processes and equipment indicesManage/Coordinate Change Management at subcons, cost reduction projects, changes in material and process at subcontractorsProvide technical support to Planning, QM and other support team on operational and customer issuesParticipate in IFX design/change reviews, and provide inputs on key learnings / improvements to incorporate on new productsYour ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:At least 5 years of subcon management experienceEnglish, Chinese, Vietnamese language proficiency (both oral and written)Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics) or equivalentKnowledge of Electronics, PCBA manufacturing operations, and IPC standards (PCBA DFM or DFT capability is preferred.)Experience in EMS Subcon PCBA Assembly or Test processesFailure Analysis Capability and good problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and team-work, self motivatedContact:Nathan.Kim@infineon.com#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
