The SAM will be part of an extraordinary team delivering innovative business process software solutions for the Oil & Gas industry.As a SAM, you will build and maintain pre- and post-sales relationships with Quorum’s customers while achieving both short- and long-term sales goals. Our solutions architects and consultants provide technical expertise, while you focus on engaging both existing and prospective clients—nurturing current relationships and expanding Quorum’s footprint in key Saudi Arabian energy accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive account plans for assigned accountsCollaborate with internal resources (Solutions Architects, Solution Consultants, Services team) to craft compelling client messaging and ensure exceptional Total Customer ExperienceBuild trust-based, mutually beneficial relationships with principal customer sponsors, including executives and analystsFormalize account strategies to maximize customer share across all products and servicesLead company-to-company relationships to enhance competitive advantageAchieve targeted sales goals through effective resource managementIdentify new opportunities and build credibility with customersComply with Quorum and client policies and systems (CRM, HR, etc.)Maintain current knowledge of Quorum offerings, market trends, and industry best practicesContribute to team collaboration and a cooperative, high-performing environmentAnd other duties as assigned.ObjectivesAchieve sales objectives and growth targetsStrengthen relationships with existing clients across business unitsMaintain account profiles and executive briefing documentsPromote structured communication across virtual account teamsDefine account strategies and formulate actionable plansManage special deals with full authorization and documentationCollaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and R&D to validate and communicate product features to clientsDeliver value propositions to customers and influence their strategic decisionsRequirementsAt least 10 years of experience in account management or software salesPrevious sales experience within the oil & gas sector preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical or business disciplineAdvanced English language proficiencyPreferred also advanced Arabic language proficiencyStrong presentation, negotiation, and strategic proposal skillsAbility to identify opportunities and close dealsSelf-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently while leveraging internal/external resourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated success in developing and implementing software sales strategiesStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client demandsKnowledge of oil and gas industry trends, particularly upstream operationsAbility to influence stakeholders at all organizational levelsAbility to prepare business, technical, and financial solution briefingsExperience delivering presentations to executives, leaders, and analystsPassion for technology and results-oriented mindsetFluent in English, both written & verbalAbout Quorum SoftwareQuorum Software connects people and information across the energy value chain.
