About The RoleJoin Uber in the EMEA Merchant Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager. In this Individual Contributor role, you will shape and execute the strategy to drive same-store-demand growth for restaurants on Uber Eats.Working with partners across Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing, you'll lead end-to-end programs from monetization levers like Ads, Offers, and Membership to organic growth drivers such as Menu, Feed and Storefront Optimization to maximize restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI at scale across EMEA.What You'll Do Set the strategy and drive execution at scale: Define the overarching restaurant same-store-demand growth strategy spanning both monetization and non-monetized programs and bring it to life through toolkits, playbooks, and processes that enable local teams to execute consistently across EMEA. Own end-to-end program management: Lead integrated initiatives that increase restaurant same-store-demand growth and ROI across all levers; Ads, Offers, Membership Monetization, Menu, Feed, Storefront Optimization, and more. Be accountable for performance: Track and analyze key growth KPIs including same-store-demand, menu coverage, session conversion, and ROI and translate insights into clear action plans. Advocate for the restaurants: Put restaurants at the center of every decision, ensuring strategies and products fuel their sustainable same-store-demand growth and ROI. What You'll Need Experience: 5+ years in strategy, operations, product, or growth roles, ideally in a B2B2C environment. Communication & stakeholder management: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed environment. Problem solving & executional excellence: High agency and self-sufficiency, with a track record of independently driving multiple workstreams from strategy through execution. Business acumen: Ability to translate data into clear strategic direction and confidently present insights and recommendations to senior leadership (L7+) Preferred Qualifications Monetization and/or PLG experience in a B2B2C context. Background in shaping product roadmaps, setting commercial targets, and developing data-driven GTM strategies. Ability to build GTM materials, enablement content, and operational playbooks. Familiarity with SQL, data visualization (Looker, Tableau), and experimentation / A/B testing.
