Senior Structural Design Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team Cluj-Napoca Metro Construction Project.Your Profile:Perform all necessary topographic works during the design and implementation phases of the project.Conduct staking out, leveling, and as-built surveys with accuracy and in accordance with project timelines.Prepare elevation and layout plans and apply them to the construction site.Supervise and coordinate subcontractor survey teams, ensuring accurate delivery of coordinates and elevations.Prepare route and cross-section surveys for design requirements.Ensure calibration and reliability of measurement instruments.Use relevant surveying and modeling software efficiently.Supervise subordinates, managing data collection and delivery for field production.Verify topographical accuracy of design drawings and reports.Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and GÜLERMAK procedures.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAdvanced technical knowledge in surveying and topographic engineering.Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, Leica Infinity, Agisoft, and MS Office.Capable of 3D model editing and data archiving.Analytical thinking, initiative, and a result-oriented mindset.Influential, motivating leadership style, and a role model for junior staff.Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.Attention to detail and awareness of the critical precision required in topographic work.About the Company:GÜLERMAK, since its establishment, has been a top leading international EPC contractor known for its excellent reputation and professionalism.
