About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our Christchurch-based team.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, with approximately 70% focused on residential new builds, including high-end architecturally designed homes, multi-unit apartments, and retirement villages, as well as a range of industrial and commercial developments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead structural design and documentation across a variety of projects.Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and clients to deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions.Conduct site inspections, resolve construction issues, and ensure compliance with NZ codes and standards.Attend and contribute to client meetings, representing the company professionally and confidently.What We’re Looking For8+ years of structural engineering experience, with a strong track record in NZ delivering residential design work.Proven experience and genuine interest in residential projects.
