The role on offer?We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join an international consultancy based in Auckland. This consultancy works on some of New Zealand’s most exciting and complex projects, spanning commercial buildings, healthcare, education, transport infrastructure, and sustainable urban developments.This is a key senior position with a balance of technical design leadership, project delivery, team mentoring, and client engagement. You will play an integral role in driving structural capability while building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in structural analysis, design, and documentation across a range of building types and materials (concrete, steel, timber, and composite systems).Strong knowledge of New Zealand codes, standards, and seismic design principles.Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and recognised as an Auckland Council Producer Statement Author (PS1/PS2/PS4).Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage complex projects.Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.What’s in it for you?
