The role involves hands-on work with workflows, automations, scripting, custom forms, integrations, and reporting. The selected candidate will collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to optimize ITSM processes and support ongoing transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration & ConfigurationAdminister Symphony SummitAI modules: Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Asset & CMDB.Configure custom forms, UI elements, templates, SLAs, automations, and business rules.Manage user roles, permissions, security policies, and data access.Perform upgrades, patches, platform maintenance, and health checks.Workflow & AutomationDevelop and enhance workflow automations, approval flows, and lifecycle rules.Create custom scripts, macros, and Summit automation logic.Integrate SummitAI with tools such as AD, Intune, SCCM, Jira, HRMS, Email Gateways, etc., using APIs and connectors.Custom DevelopmentBuild custom forms, service catalog items, UI components, and extensions.Develop automation playbooks aligned with ITIL v4 processes.Reporting & AnalyticsDesign advanced reports, dashboards, and BI insights within SummitAI.Automate scheduled reporting and build executive-level dashboards.Process Optimization & GovernanceSupport ITSM process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.Conduct system reviews and performance tuning.Provide documentation, SOPs, training, and L3-level support.Skills: ai,summit,itsm,l2
