KAMOA COPPER SA is looking for a Senior Superintendent II, Rock Engineering The Kamoa Copper Mine is a joint venture between Ivanhoe Mines (39.6%), Zijin Mining Group (39.6%), Crystal River Global Limited (0.8%) and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (20%). It's a very large, near-surface, flat-lying, stratiform copper deposit with adjacent prospective exploration areas within the Central African Copperbelt, at approximately 25 kilometres west of the town of Kolwezi and about 270 kilometres west of the provincial capital of Lubumbashi.Play your part in our team succeeding....You Will Have The FollowingMust have a post graduate degree in Rock Engineering/Mining/GeotechnicalMust have a valid Rock Engineering Certificate.Must have at least 15 years of progressive experience in rock engineering within a mining environment.Experience in green fields mining environment is highly advantageous.Must have at least 10-years’ experience in a managerial or senior leadership role within the mining sector.Proficiency in business English is mandatory.
