Production Manager (Regulated Medical Device Manufacturing)Quasar Medical is hiring a Senior Supervisor, Production to lead daily operations in our medical device manufacturing area. This role blends hands-on supervision with strategic oversight, driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach production teams; manage staffing and performance. Execute production plans and coordinate work orders.Monitor output vs. targets and drive corrective actions.Conduct Gemba walks and ensure compliance with H&S, Quality, and GMP. Track KPIs and lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA, GMP). Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product scale-up. QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.5+ years in medical device or regulated manufacturing.Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, FDA. Proven leadership and continuous improvement experience. ERP experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle) preferred.
