If you’re driven by challenge and excellence, Southchip is your gateway to an exciting and rewarding career.About the Role:We are seeking a talented and dedicated Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will participate in quality control at key product stages, receive and consolidate quality requirements from consumer customers, develop quality control standards for consumer products, and interface with FAB factory's quality management to drive the factory into delivering products with stable quality.Key Responsibilities:Conduct new wafer FAB introduction assessments and on-site audits.Take responsibility for production quality control at the wafer FAB, ensuring smooth production and timely handling of abnormal materials.Collect and analyze daily supplier data, and track improvements.Responsible for product yield improvement and enhancement.Hold regular quality meetings with suppliers to monitor production stability, quality control status, yield improvement, factory dynamics, and report the status.Perform on-site supplier audits, follow up on non-conformities identified during audits, and verify effectiveness.Manage supplier performance evaluations and change management.Perform failure analysis on chip-related defects reported by suppliers and clients to determine the root cause.Prepare customer requirement documentation, implement quality requirements, provide audit support, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronics or Semiconductor related field.5+ years of experience in 8-inch or 12-inch FAB process integration or FAB Quality Management is preferred.Proficient in using QC tools such as 8D report, with good reporting skills and logical thinking ability.Clear thinking with leadership in problem-solving, capable of independently leading and driving the resolution of quality issues.Excellent internal and external communication skills to ensure alignment in all quality-related activities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, international teams, and customers.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with FAB BCD process manufacturing flow is preferred.Fluency in English and Korean (Fluency in Chinese is a plus).
