Senior Supply Chain ExecutiveOverviewResponsible for managing and optimizing supply chain operations across the Nacelle & Hub and Blade manufacturing plants. This includes procurement, logistics, supplier management, inventory control, and material planning to ensure uninterrupted production. The role leads cross-plant supply chain strategies, drives cost efficiency, ensures quality and compliance, and builds a resilient supplier network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated supply chain strategies for both nacelle and blade plants.Align procurement and logistics with production schedules to ensure timely material availability.Establish and manage a vendor database, identifying suitable local and international suppliers.Standardize and optimize processes across plants for cost reduction without compromising quality.Review, approve, and manage OEM documentation; negotiate and coordinate with OEMs as required.Source, negotiate, and manage contracts for equipment, components, and raw materials.Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including oversized transport for blades and heavy nacelle equipment.Manage warehouse operations, inventory levels, and materials planning to prevent shortages or overstock.Ensure compliance with customs, logistics, and HSE standards.Collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and project management teams.Support new product introductions and capacity ramp-ups through proactive supply planning.Lead and develop supply chain teams across both plants.Implement ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) to improve transparency and decision-making.Drive sustainability initiatives within sourcing and logistics.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–10+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics — ideally within renewable energy, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing.Strong understanding of nacelle components (mechanical/electrical) and blade materials (composites, resins, fiberglass).Proven expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and logistics optimization.Experience with oversized load and heavy equipment transport.Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).Demonstrated success managing multi-plant or multi-site operations.
