As the project is completed, we can continue to work with you by setting up your next project from our global network of leading technology companies.Join our latest projectWe are supporting a leading urban mobility company in their efforts to review and enhance their supply chain and inventory strategy.In this position, you will take a key role in analysing the company’s current logistics setup, including the sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of spare parts to multiple city operations. You will evaluate whether existing in-house warehouse operations are the most efficient model, and provide data-driven recommendations on potential third-party logistics or direct-supply alternatives.Additionally, you will assess the company’s forecasting processes, identifying opportunities to improve demand planning, procurement efficiency, and overall supply resilience.The main competencies are looking for:Proven experience in supply chain analysis, optimisation, or logistics strategy.Ability to assess and model warehouse operations, sourcing strategies, and inventory flows.Strong understanding of demand forecasting and planning processes.Experience working with mobility, manufacturing, or service-based operations is an advantage.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into actionable recommendations.Capable of operating independently as a consultant and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.You would be able to operate as an independent consultant for this assignment, which I can support with.
