At the moment, we are looking for talents as: Senior Supply Demand ManagerROLE PURPOSEIn this role you will be accountable for the Supply planning/ review activities for both Rx & CHC Business units’ portfolios, with no limitation on planning for commercials export to ensure exceptional levels of customer service and working capital are achieved. The scope of the role includes supply plan, inventory management, and improve supply planning process and will also act as the commercial supply chain interface into the internal & external stakeholders for quality supply plan & inventory management as per company target.The primary objective of the role is to optimize service levels and working capital (inventory health) and to proactively challenge the status quo and provide proactive communication to key stakeholders.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Demand and supply planningAnalyze the significant change/ fluctuation from NSR cycle by cycle (with clear assumptions) & share to Commercial SC planning team/ Production. Consolidate the net supply confirmed (NSC) & also highlight the significant change that needs to be reviewed/ looked for solution or even support needed from management.Ensure well control/ visibility on stocks on hand from time to time for Short Shelf-life/ Expired/ Quality issue/ Trade return/ Damage/ Broken/ Deformed/ provision stock, . . . – and highlight status of stocks to each BU & collect the depletion plan from planning team (as a result of demand review) as well as actualized on monthly cycle (need status tracking for review & decision making). Analyze the stock situation base on the priority demand from Business’s requirement to make a healthy stock. Lead the supply planning to ensure eliminating SO (stock out) projection for full year as target & from time to time monitoring the Sales actualized & LO status on weekly/ monthly basis process set up – highlight to management on the risks & opportunities on time if decision needed. Follow up with RA / QA / Production for license status / QA or supply issue to prepare a healthy stock on time. Lead Supply review process with internal & external functions i.e. CSC planning team/ Production/ IMEX/ Customer service/ Distribution/ QA. Especially lead for supply of both local production & import portfolio). Join & lead the weekly view with Production team (review sales/ supply/ R&O/ options) – escalate if required to get support from direct manager or even management for quick action or decision.Formulize the Supply planning/ review tasks into standard SOPs within the supply planning function with support if needed.Contribute data to building the S&OP deck for both EM & local by cycle as deadline. Support/ improve S&OP process/ content if any.Update the supply status to relevant stakeholders weekly. Support to complete as tasks requirement from Project Manager. Knowledge about the financial view & auditingTake ownership on tasks/ adhoc reports/ analysis that occur under business required even with tight deadlineTeam Collaboration and LeadershipBe an active and proactive key member of the Marketing team.Create a sense of common purpose across local commercial teams and cross-functional teams and share business/sales imperatives, by establishing clear and positive messages about what needs to be achieved.Closely working with external partners and internal stakeholders to support training initiatives.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus.WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry.COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
