Job DescriptionOpportunity to make a real difference to the success of studentsFlexible working arrangementsAdditional university leaveNgā kōrero mō te tūranga – About the roleAs a Senior Support Coordinator within our Contact Team, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive from their first enquiry through to graduation. You’ll use data insights to identify student needs early, coordinate proactive outreach, and connect learners with the right services, advice, and resources to support their success.You’ll take the lead in creating and maintaining student cohort structures each trimester, monitoring engagement trends, and driving continuous improvement across our systems and processes. With leadership responsibility for at least one team member, you’ll ensure workload is prioritised effectively to deliver an exceptional, student-centred service.If you’re data-savvy, solutions-focused, and passionate about improving outcomes for all learners, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on the University’s goal of achieving parity of success for all students by 2035.Salary will be in the range of $85,279 - $97,532 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
