This is a key role ensuring the smooth coordination of nursing workforce activities across our remote sites. Key Responsibilities Include Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding for nursing and midwifery staff. Maintain accurate HR and recruitment databases, documentation, and correspondence. Liaise with agencies and government bodies regarding recruitment and sponsorship. Provide administrative and confidential support to the Nursing and Midwifery Support Unit. Promote a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive workplace.
