About The RoleJoin a team where engineering meets impact. As a Senior Engineer (Supportability), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness of the Royal New Zealand Navy fleet. You’ll lead Condition Based Monitoring trials, analyse vibration and thermographic data, and provide actionable insights that directly influence maintenance strategies. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Continuous improvement mindset Technical documentation and reporting skillsKey Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (Washington Accord accredited), or equivalent recognised engineering qualification and subsequent experience.
