Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Surveyor located in Addis Ababa. The Senior Surveyor will be responsible for conducting detailed land and property surveys, preparing reports, analyzing survey data, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The role involves using specialized tools and software to measure, map, and interpret land features for various projects. Collaboration with project teams, presenting findings, and ensuring the accuracy of surveys are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Expertise in land and property surveying, geodetic measurements, and mapping techniques.Proficiency in using surveying tools such as theodolites, GPS systems, and total stations.Experience in data analysis, report preparation, and ensuring survey accuracy.Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and standards related to land acquisition, usage, and surveying.Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with project teams and clients effectively.Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Relevant certifications in surveying or geomatics are a plus.Ability to adapt to on-site working conditions and perform under deadlines.
