This will include triage, incident management, identification of issues raised by the wider business and HR team and core testing activities such as business analysis, functional and UAT testing. You will also provide advice and recommendations to the HRIS Manager to ensure the on-going reliability, performance, management and support including training, research and analysis. You will serve as a subject matter expert on business operations, payroll legislation, policies, and procedures.Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringSome key requirements of the role include:Sound technical knowledge of SAP specifically for Employee Central and Employee Central PayrollSolid experience in supporting development and understanding of automated HR systems, processes and databases.Able to clearly identify potential or existing problems, seek alternative solutions, identify risks and benefits before making decisions, seeks input from colleagues.Expert ability to critically analyse, interpret and clearly present complex information and make effective, well-reasoned decisions.Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $106,416 and $117,782 dependant on experience.
