This is an EMEA Service Desk function, shifts and on call are a requirement.ResponsibilitiesNo problem is beyond your skillset, you know the deepest level of debugging and troubleshooting and you know no problem or systems failure is beyond your skillset.Architect, design, and implement advanced cloud-based systems and solutions.Lead system performance optimization and ensure high availability across all platforms.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the systems engineering team.Drive the adoption of best practices in system design, troubleshooting, and documentation.Collaborate with product development, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and incident response preparations.Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.RequirementsLinux, Free Open Source Software, Systems, Homelab, Devops skills, anything virutalzed, containters, kubernetes, cloud native, with strong evidence of security and root access environments and ability to train others are skills above any formalzied eductional certifications..
