We are working with a leading quantitative trading firm at the intersection of finance, technology, and AI — a company that has been expanding rapidly across global markets and recently established its Singapore office as the new APAC hub.As part of their 2026 growth plan, they’re now looking for an Senior TA / TA Lead to drive tech hiring for the Singapore office. You’ll play a foundational role in building out the local tech and quant teams, working closely with global leadership to scale their presence in the region.What you’ll do:Manage end-to-end hiring across Quant Research, Software Engineering, Data Science & ML rolesPartner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on strategic headcount planningBuild strong pipelines and identify top-tier talent in Singapore & APACDrive an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboardingLeverage data & market insights to optimize recruitment strategiesWhat we’re looking for:More than 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experienceProven record in hiring for tech / data / quant or AI-driven rolesExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven, hands-on and comfortable in a build-from-scratch environmentBonus: prior experience in quant trading / hedge funds / high-growth techIf you are passionate about technology and meet the above requirements, please don’t hesitate to apply.
